Application Criteria:
- Graduation within the last 5 years preferred.
- Test Scores preferred minimums:
- USMLE Step 1 PASS
- USMLE Step 2 – 240
- COMLEX Level 1 PASS
- COMLEX Level 2 – 500
- First time attempts
- Preliminary year candidates should be applying for advanced programs which begin in the PGY2 year of training.
- United States clinical experience preferred for international graduates.
- Three letters of recommendation required.

Interview invitations will be extended beginning in late October and on a rolling basis throughout the interview period.

SIGNALING: We are especially interested in applicants whose career goals align most closely with those of our community hospital program. While applicants who express interest in the program by utilizing signaling preferences will receive early initial consideration, all applicants will be considered for interview opportunities.
NRMP PROGRAM RANK ORDER LIST (ROL) LOCK PILOT INITIATIVE: We are participating in the NRMP program rank order list (ROL) lock pilot initiative. Optional open house opportunities will be offered after the program submits a final ROL in early February. Attendance at an open house will not affect an applicant’s standing on the ROL
