Flushing Hospital has submitted this Certificate of Need/Limited Review application requesting New York State Department of Health approval and assistance to correct the historical inaccuracy of the hospital’s operating certificate to accurately reflect the services provided. This application requests the removal from the operating certificate of Linear Accelerator (radiation therapy services), and the addition of the following outpatient services: Audiology, Podiatry, Speech Therapy and Language Pathology, Respiratory Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
