Beiyu Liu, MD

Dr. Beiyu Liu is an Obstetrician-Gynecologist practicing at Flushing Hospital Medical Center since 2019. Jenny Wang, M.D.

Dr. Xiao Hui Wang joined the faculty in 2012. She earned her M.D. at Shandong University in China and her Ph.D. degree at Peking University, where she also completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology. At the University of British Columbia in Canada, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow, focusing her research on placental endocrinology. Pursuing her passion for women’s healthcare, Dr. Wang completed her residency training at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York. Since then, she has been continuously providing professional, quality medical care for women, serving patients from different ethnic backgrounds in this diverse community.

Justing To, M.D.

Dr. To is the OB/GYN Residency Program Director, the Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, and an Associate Professor at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. After attending medical school at SUNY Stony Brook University School of Medicine, he completed both his OB/GYN residency training and his Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He stayed as a core faculty member and held multiple roles, including Fellowship Site Director for Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Associate Clerkship Director, and joined the Flushing Hospital faculty in 2017. He brings his passion for both education and clinical medicine to Flushing, and is dedicated to continual improvement of the program.

Dr. Weiping Lin, D.O. graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California with a degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He received residency training at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr Lin is a board certified obstetric and gynecologist.
