Whether you are visiting someone at Flushing Hospital Medical Center or if you have an appointment in one of our ambulatory care centers, you will be able to feed your baby or pump human milk in our private, lactation room located on the first floor, adjacent to the main lobby. At Flushing Hospital Medical Center, we encourage and support your desire to breastfeed/chestfeed. You are welcome to feed anywhere in the hospital, but if you prefer a private location to feed or pump milk to store for your child with a rocking chair for comfort, you are welcome to use this designated space.
