Outdoor exercise is a great way to work out. It offers many benefits to our physical and mental health, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reducing stress and anxiety<\/li>\n<li>Improving sleep<\/li>\n<li>Boosting vitamin D levels<\/li>\n<li>Boosting self-esteem<\/li>\n<li>Improving memory<\/li>\n<li>Lowering chronic disease risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here are tips that can keep you safe when exercising outdoors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drink plenty of water.
