She is known for always smiling, being a team player, compassionate and always willing to go the extra mile for her patients and her co-workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claude Thomas, Clinical Nurse Manager of 4 North 1 and 2 stated, &#8220;Ms. Wills is a person who is always willing to learn new things and take on new challenges.
