Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mix cranberries and apples together in a medium bowl. Add the zest and juice of one orange and the sugar and toss well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pour filling into a 9-inch pie dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. In a small bowl, mix together oats, flour, hazelnuts, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and salt (optional). Stir in coconut oil with a fork to make a crumbly mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
