Eggs are high in protein and packed with nutrients, including healthy omega-3s and Vitamin D.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 EGGS<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tbsp. milk<\/p>\n<p>2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>Step 1\u00a0 COAT 12-oz. microwave-safe coffee mug with cooking spray. ADD eggs and milk; beat until blended.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2\u00a0 MICROWAVE on HIGH 45 seconds; stir. MICROWAVE until eggs are almost set, 30 to 45 seconds longer.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3\u00a0 TOP with cheese; season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Variations:<\/p>\n<p>You can also add fresh or frozen, defrosted spinach to the scramble.
