This may lead to symptoms such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frequent burping or belching<\/li>\n<li>Excessive flatulence<\/li>\n<li>Abdominal rumbling<\/li>\n<li>Pain<\/li>\n<li>Swelling and hardness of the abdomen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One of the ways to avoid belly bloat is to reduce the amount of air you swallow.
