Warm up with this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.surlatable.com\/product\/REC-241533\/Thai+Pumpkin+Soup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thai Pumpkin Soup<\/a> recipe courtesy of Sur La Table.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"servings\">Serves:<\/span> Makes 8 cups<\/p>\n<p class=\"ingredients\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil<\/li>\n<li>3 cups (720 ml) chicken or vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li>1 cup (160 g) chopped onion<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup (180 ml) coconut cream<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon tomato paste<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup (180 ml) coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>2\u00bd cups (610 g) canned pumpkin<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped green chilies<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons (30 g) chopped fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove, peeled, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"procedures\">Procedures:<\/p>\n<p><i>For an appetizing presentation, and an authentic dash of extra flavor, garnish this soup with chopped cilantro, chopped peanuts and sour cream.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 onion in olive oil until soft. Add tomato paste, pumpkin, ginger, garlic, broth, coconut cream and coconut milk. Combine until thoroughly heated through.<\/p>\n<p>Place mixture into the Vitamix container.
