The Division of Ophthalmology at Flushing Hospital offers a full range of comprehensive medical, diagnostic, and surgical services. From annual eye examinations to surgical procedures, our board certified and fellowship trained ophthalmologists are dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of eye disorders and ophthalmic conditions.

 

  • We utilize the latest diagnostic equipment and a full range of lasers to treat the following conditions:

  • Cataracts

  • Glaucoma

  • Macular degeneration

  • Diabetic retinopathy

  • Cornea and refractive diseases

  • Neuro-ophthalmology

  • Vitreo-retinal disorders

  • Retinal diseases

In addition, Flushing Hospital's Operating Room is equipped to perform modern cataract extractions, glaucoma surgery, oculoplastic procedures, and pediatric ophthalmology procedures.
